Jose brings his experience scaling design organizations, directing large-scale transformation programs, and building world-class teams at Fortune 50 companies. Most recently, at Target, he built the Strategic Planning & Operations practice from the ground up, establishing business processes to support its growth. Jose has held leadership roles at JPMorgan, McKinsey, Accenture, ADP, and Oracle, where he amplified the impact and maximized the business value of design investment.
