I am a software product designer and manager with extensive experience in designing product experiences and shaping the careers of designers for the enterprise and consumer domains. A calm, focused, and fun-to-work-with designer and leader adept at leading and navigating teams through challenging requirements and stakeholders. I'm passionate about bringing innovative solutions to the user and customer problems while meeting business objectives through simple, elegant, and effective design solutions. I am equally passionate about helping fellow designers grow and leading the design function to success. Over the years, I have built, mentored, and managed design teams and matured the design function through process and cultural interventions. On the personal front, I am an activist with a deep interest in spreading design education, awareness, and social impact led to my co-founding of UMO Design Foundation, and UX India to drive design deliberations and design-led innovation globally, over the last 15 years.
