Ranjeet Tayi is an award-winning AI design leader and innovator with over 20 years of experience shaping AI, UX, and enterprise software. Based in Silicon Valley, he is Senior Director of AI Experience at Salesforce, where he leads Agentic AI and data management experiences, helping shape the future of Human + AI collaboration. Previously, he held design leadership roles at Informatica, SumTotal, and PureIT Usability Research, and co-founded Mind Visions, a VFX company with a successful exit. He is also a Venture Partner, investor, and mentor to AI-first startups. Honored with the Indian Tech Icon Award 2025, Ranjeet is an Extraordinary Ability recipient and an inventor holding eight patents in AI and data. He serves as Co-Chair of UX India and UMO.design, where he has helped co-launch initiatives that advance the design community. A frequent international keynote speaker, author, and juror for leading design awards, Ranjeet holds two master's degrees in Philosophy (Mass Communication and Advertising) and trained in Design Management from PARK.
