With more than 20 years of experience spanning design, technology and business, Mohan has held leadership and CXO roles at some of the industry's leading organizations. Prior to Cognizant, he served as the CXO and CDO at Infosys WongDoody, and previously as Global Head of Digital Design at HARMAN (a Samsung company) and Global Head of User Experience at Wipro. Known for challenging conventional approaches, Mohan brings a distinctive perspective to transformation and growth: emotion as a business denominator. He has developed frameworks that translate human insight into measurable value, using experience, narrative and design to create differentiation and competitive advantage. An author of award-winning books on design and innovation, Mohan has been recognized among India's Most Influential Business Leaders. His work has earned global recognition through honours including the iF Design Award, Red Dot Award, Webby Awards and CODiE Awards.
