Lydia Pung is a Senior UX Designer who, over the past five years, has helped governments, healthcare and financial organisations, and large enterprises make sense of complex problems through human-centred design. She is at her best turning what people actually do into product strategy, working across disciplines to shape digital experiences that hold up for users and for the business alike. Her work spans Singapore and the wider APAC region, where she has led research and design on national-scale platforms across healthcare and public services.
