About
Kicha Ramamurthy is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture, focused on how AI reshapes the design and delivery of services at scale. He works with organisations on large-scale transformation at the intersection of business, customer experience and emerging technology. His career spans successive shifts in the technology services industry - from the rise of global delivery, through digital transformation, to today’s AI-driven reinvention of enterprises and services. He currently leads the growth and transformation agenda for Accenture Song across Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers globally, focused on client outcomes and the capabilities required to design and deliver services in an AI-enabled world. His current focus is a fundamental question: what changes when AI becomes part of how work itself is designed and delivered? His view is that the real opportunity is not simply to automate existing work, but to redesign services, roles and operating models around what humans and AI can do together.
