Anita am a Certified Independent Director, board member, entrepreneur and former Executive Vice President at Kenexa, with over two decades of experience across technology, business growth, global operations, entrepreneurship and institutional leadership. Her career includes 18 years with Kenexa, a global Human Capital Management technology company, where I was part of the company's growth, fundraising and expansion into India. Kenexa was subsequently acquired by IBM in a $1.2 billion transaction in 2012. As an Executive Vice President, she led one of the company's fastest-growing and most profitable business units, gaining extensive experience in business strategy, scaling operations, technology-led transformation and leadership in a global environment. She currently serves in board and governance roles and have experience working with entrepreneurial and technology-driven organizations. She is particularly interested in Independent Director and Advisory Board opportunities with companies navigating growth, digital transformation, technology disruption, AI adoption, organizational transformation and expansion into new markets. In addition to her corporate career, She is actively involved in entrepreneurship, mentoring and institution-building. She currently serves on the Board of BITSAA International and as a Board Member of PLATiFi, while also mentoring businesses and entrepreneurs.
