Shilpi has over 15 years of experience as a Designer, Strategist, UX Researcher, and Educator. She is the founder of Khoj Lab, an Innovation consultancy, where the mission is to help business leaders of organizations discover new opportunities for growth and optimize the process to implement new ideas.

Before founding Khoj Lab, as part of the innovation Kitchen at Herman Miller she led global research to inform and establish a point of view on the future of the business and the future of work. Following which she helped GE Transportation Digital operation & strategy teams define an integrated innovation process.
