Shayak is an IDC IIT Bombay alum who has spent more than 10 years in design leadership positions at various organizations.
Shayak co-founded Cheese, an award-winning UI/UX design agency in 2008, which was later acquired by Neev Technologies and subsequently by RazorFish.
Later, Shayak joined frog India as its first hire in Bangalore, participating in some of the major international projects across the globe.
In 2012, Shayak joined Commonfloor as its Head of Design and as a member of its core leadership team.
Currently, Shayak heads the design team at Practo.
Shayak actively mentors designers, advices startups and takes workshops and classes on design.
