Building conversational Experiences in e-commerce

Conversational agents or intelligent assistants are ubiquitously available, being embedded both into everyday mobility via smartphones, and into the life of the home via ‘assistant’ devices. The two conversational modes are Chatbots which involves typing messages and reading responses and Voice User Interfaces which focuses on voice interactions. This talk will highlight the challenges of current e-commerce platform.
