Allegro is the biggest e-commerce platform in Poland. We record around 300 k transactions every single day. We are improving the user experience to make our buyers happy. We usually hear such a story if we talk about UX in marketplace platforms. And that’s all true but we are forgetting about another type of customer: the merchants. I want to introduce to you how we are leading user research for discovering problems and needs of our sale partners. Just a few words about research methods, more about results, and the whole exciting story about limitations in designing UX strategy for sellers.
