Creating a Culture of User Research

Many researchers spend as much time polishing the deliverables as conducting the research, still the biggest challenge remains as “getting the research report actually used”. On the other side, there are many stakeholders who are eager for more user insights but just don’t know how to best engage with user researchers. In this talk, I’ll share different strategies and tested tactics to engage product development into the research process and showcase the value of research, ultimately leading to stakeholder buy-in.
