Eli is the Design Leader of Airbnb’s Data Platform, Data User Experience discipline, Data Design System, and the founder of Airbnb’s Indigenous Peoples, diversity group. He has a passion for creating world-class data experiences, making data actionable, and multiplying the velocity of organizations. Prior to Airbnb, Eli was a Senior Product Designer at Salesforce, where he worked on analytics and design systems. Bill Murray once saluted him, and Beyoncé came to one of his art shows.
